The Clearwater River is dropping fast after it’s 32000 cfs peak last week.  Fishing should be outstanding as conditions improve.

Local Fishing has been good on Lake Pend Oreille.  Trolling for Rainbows is producing fish between 5-15 lbs on a “regular” basis.  Flies and Apex’s are the top producers this time of year.

Jigging for Lake Trout has been working very well this time of year on the biggest Mack’s left in the Lake.  Either Metal Jigs or Bucktails are working well.
